SECRET OF LIFE.......!!!!!!!!!

I FOUND IT FROM SOMEWHERE:
"I am not a prophet, a psychic, or a fortune teller. I'm a normal Joe just like anyone you know. one day I had an epiphany about life,
it was that: we generally worry about others' responses before doing any work..
We sit in our meanless lives worried about one thing or another, purposely blocking the truth from our mind to escape the idea that we have to change in order to get what we want."

HAVE no Fear.do what your heart says. Do what you want.(here i don't mean that if you want to kill somebody then do that} I mean your act must not directly hurt others.

Stephen R. Covey says "Life is to Live, Love, Learn, and Leave a Legacy".
Life is coming to terms with yourself and understanding that we are all part of a bigger picture.

Don't follow any advice, no matter how good, until you feel as deeply in your spirit as you think in your mind that the counsel is wise. -- David Seabury

future aspects of The Ganga Bridge in sahibganj.

We all just talk about the bridge over the Ganga river in Sahibganj but never took any strict action to be successful.I want to grant an attention of Sahibganj citizens on this issue. Here are some points...

Benefits of the Ganga Bridge in sahibganj:-
1.It takes 3hr 30min(210km) to be at Manihaari and from there we go to Katihaar.
If the Bridge would be there, it would take only, half an hour to get there.

2.No of non workers is 5,39,735. Due to this bridge employment will be increased. Direct effect on well economy and indirect on literacy. The employment rate may increase up to 20-30% in this area.

3.The literacy rate in different areas:-
sahibganj:- 59.54%(highest in Jharkhand)
Udhwa :- 26.38%(lowest in Jharkhand)

The same condition is in Manihari(44%). But in Katihar it is 70%.
So if these towns are connected with the bridge students will have more options of schoolings and careers.

4.Stones chips and chikni Mitti are mainly produced here(sahibganj district) in a large amount. So Transportation system will be solved for these industries.

Our challenges.
1.Week political approach.
2.Unawareness of citizens.
3.Lack of unity.

significant mango producer in north india,Malda

All know that India is the largest producer and also exporter of mangoes, of different species, in the world but few know about the support and big contribution behind that. There are so many states which produces different species of mangoes and help India to be the best producer of mangoes. But here i want to drag attention of all on the problems of Malda district and its nearby areas. Some facts and figures:-

1.West Bengal, which is among the leading producers of mango in the country, produces 6.72 lakh metric tons of mango every year, almost one-third of which comes from Malda and Murshidabad districts. Some of the popular varities are Langda, Lakshmanbhog, Amrapali.

2.The total area under mango cultivation in Bengal is 70-80,000 hectares, almost 44 per cent of the total area in the state under food crop cultivation. Malda and Murshidabad, the worst affected districts, account for over half of the total mango production in the state. Malda has 26300 hectare under mango cultivation and Murshidabad has 16000 hectares under mango cultivation.

Though it is the largest producer of mangoes,it is facing a lots of problems and ministers & boards are just announcing new budgets and declarations.
The problems are:-
a)Every year 30-40% of total mangoes are being affected due to Aila(MIST.
b)Farmers don't have technical facility to store the product.
c)Most of the varieties are lost.

The conditions may be better if proper and determined steps are taken. Some of them may be:-

1.Emphasis on induct technologies and better marketing & branding of products may reduce the loss of mangoes production.

2.Team of climatologists can help the farmers for better production and storage processes giving proper information of changing climates.

3.There must be Co-operative to help the farmers for selling and promoting their mangoes. It can help them providing facilities like technical support in manufacturing, storing, packaging, and supplying to the buyer parties.

Govt or committee has to take these decisions as it requires a lots of fund and lots of support of laws.
